Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional sales, or public holidays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if there are significant delays.

Shipping Areas

Mrsaver currently delivers throughout South Africa.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Regional towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or outlying areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method.

Where applicable, free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Mrsaver is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the customer is unavailable,

  • the address is incorrect,

  • or the parcel is unclaimed,

the courier may return the parcel to Mrsaver.

Any additional delivery costs required to resend the parcel may be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged product

We will investigate the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reputable courier partners, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Civil unrest

  • Strikes

  • Customs or government restrictions

  • Courier operational delays

Mrsaver is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk and Ownership

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
